A poem brews deep
My soul steeped
in His holy Word
Guiding my heart and thoughts heavenward
Do not fear them
He says
Do not believe
Their conspiracy
No, fear Me
The Great I Am
The One who hems in
Behind My beloved children
You are chosen, not forsaken
Redeemed, well-esteemed
For you are in My favor
As I search all over
For those with faith
Whose souls wantingly taste
My goodness
All those who stay not aloof
But abide
Their lives
Inside My Son, the Risen Christ

Do not call conspiracy everything this people calls a conspiracy; do not fear what they fear, and do not dread it.
The Lord God Almighty is the one you are to regard as holy, He is the one you are to fear, He is the one you are to dread (Isaiah 8:12-13).

It is a challenge, isn’t it? To take our eyes off the world with its rampant evil acts. Let us be His people who fear Him, the one who can give life and take life. Let us be His people who trust Him completely. No evil is a surprise to God. No evil is too hard for Him. However, I believe we as His people are being tested in the fire. Those who stand firm will rise, refined by His grace and mercy.
Be strong in Him, not yourselves.
Love in Christ,
Julie
Amen! Julie, this poem makes us take a look into the mirror. Indeed, these are times unimaginable.
