Like children
Nothing hindering
We touch His hand
Receive His attention
We kneel
Our tucked away tears fell
Free to fall
At His feet, Jesus, Lord of All
We find ourselves twisting our hair
Avoiding eye contact, wondering who else is there
Jesus whispers
The Word speaks
No other sound
Is around
“You are here with me, and I am pleased
Let me wrap my arms around you as you sit on my knee
As you know, I died for all
But each one
Your souls still undone
All work of the Father will be finished
After I come
Back
So know
You alone are my heart
In this moment, I see your soul thirsting for a fresh start
Close your eyes
Imagine your life
Changed due to mystery
And reverie
For my Father’s glory”

But Jesus called the children to Him and said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these” (Luke 18:17).

Faith Hope and Poetry 
So very precious. He loves that heart of a child that’s still down deep in each one of us. And He loves those little hearts so young and vulnerable all around us. May we value and love them to Him.
