Take a moment of silence
A soul-open remembrance
Men and women who fought, flew, sailed through
Battles seen and unseen
Thank you, Lord, for Your people who laid their lives down for our amazing freedom.
~~~
Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from Your presence?
If I go up the heavens, You are there;
if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I settle on the far side of the sea,
Even there Your hand will guide me,
Your right hand will hold me fast (Psalm 139:7-10)
God bless you all. Today, my boys and I will be serving Jesus by serving the veterans. A local church hosts a dinner and a program for veterans every year. It is a privilege to be used by Him any day, any way.
