Such vibrance
Speaking boldly
Of their Creator’s brilliance
His beauty in death
For us, a languid letting go
A humble observance of Fall

Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds (John 12:24).

Good morning! I do love Fall for many reasons. However, it is sobering to remember death in our lives is a must. Obviously, our bodies fail. While we are living, things in us must die as we become more like Jesus. The more we trust Him, the less fear we have in letting go. The more we trust Him, the more hope we have in His power in creating new life in us.
This photo is mine, taken on my walk yesterday.
I will return with more poetry next week.
Also next week on https://juliedibblewrites.wordpress.com will be 3 Things I learned from a Social Media Sabbath
I look forward to reconnecting with you. Have a blessed day.
In Christ,
Julie
The colors of the leaves is amazing! And the word pictures in your poem were equally so! Blessings as you continue to revel in the Lord’s presence!

So sorry Missy. I thought I replied from my phone. I was asking about how you and Tom are doing and thanking you for these kind words 🙂
