Lord I present to you
Every man woman and child
Ever abused, body defiled
I want to honor their marks
Where pain and shame
Are deep
Leaving their SELF
Never the same
Lord, you make warriors
And warriors have scars
Like You
Who bled so ALL
Would have truth
And the Way to God
Whose mighty right hand
Speaks softly
Does not demand
Please help hurting hearts listen:
You are chosen
You are free
To be loved by Jesus
He walked the earth to know you
To reveal and heal
To light the dark
Provide the Way
He’s near not far
Reach for Him
He will hear your pleas
Your anger, your fear
Nobody is too bitter
Broken or bottomed out
Jesus knows hearts
Can see them
Read them
Soften them
Draw them
To Himself
Leaving not one
Lost and alone
Whether you know Him
Or not
You are found by Him
“You didn’t choose me, remember, I chose you, and put you in the world to bear fruit, fruit that won’t spoil. As fruit bearers, whatever you ask the Father in relation to me, He gives you” (John 15:16, Message).

Welcome and thank you for reading today. All photos in this post are from Pixabay.com.
I am excited to share one of my poems was published in an new online magazine called Barren Magazine. You can find my poem here https://barrenmagazine.com/those-who-chose-death/. My poem is called Those Who Chose Death in honor of all who knew Jesus and committed suicide.
Mental health issues affect all people. Faith does not prevent depression and suicidality. We need to raise awareness of Jesus, our living hope AND of treatment available to all who struggle to find peace and hope in this life.

May you seek Him today in all things.
