Summer storms
Confuse the norm
Harsh breezes
Scatter leaves
His power overcomes the trees
Countless branch casualties
Through my specs
I read Autumn in effect
His rain torrents
Every season …the same trees in the same forest
Evenly His sun comes up
On the lost and those drinking from His cup
His sky is blue
Over those who live lies and those who know Truth
His summer does not change
His promises remain
Winter snow piles high
Mountains and valleys also bow to Our Most High
When things appear
Relatively near
Or just not that as they seem
You start to wonder, is this real or a dream?
Heed His wisdom and His ways
Align your spirit with the One who holds your days
With His light
There is never dark, only shadows slight
May He be the strong lattice
Backing up every crack and crevice
Jesus, lead us not into temptation
And deliver us from the world’s spiritual confusion

But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of Your Father in heaven. He causes the sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and unrighteous. If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that (Matthew 5:44-46)?

Thank you for reading today. I love Jesus, and yet sometimes it is tough to follow His lead. He wants us to love ALL as He did, no matter what they say or do to us. Though it stretches me, I long to please God. More on this as time goes … I welcome your thoughts here in the comments. All photos are mine in this post.
Today at 3pm Eastern, I will go live with Meditation Monday at https://Facebook.com/jdibble4Him. If you miss the time but are interested in 15 minutes of guided meditation, the video will post and stay on that page.
Sometime today, there will be a new post at https://juliedibblewrites.wordpress.com
Have a beauty-full day, whatever it is you do.
