Angels in Disguise: A Poem

milkyway

Stars emerge

Twinkling sparkles against a black canvas sky

Light watches

Settles the storm inside

Light heals

Empty holes void of feels

Light guides

Illuminating directions,

Announcing the birth of the Bride

angellight

Are stars not angels?

Stationary … maybe

Reflecting who lives inside

Beautifying dark

Igniting a romance spark

Blessing and protecting

Obeying, erecting

Bringing

His Kingdom come

See I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared (Exodus 23:20, NIV).
